To reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call us. You need to cancel at least 24-hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

No referral required, except in Western Australia where it is a requirement to access abortion services.

Please be aware that there is an application fee of $30, plus some extra charges, which will depend on:

  • Where your file is located
  • How you will have your information sent to you (email or mail)

Please note that there are some instances where the application fee will be waived, such as if you have a Healthcare card or a concession card. You will recieve an application form acknowledging your request and what the cost will be.

Once we have receievd your valid request, we will send your records within 28 days. If we have to contact you to obtain more information this could add to the waiting period.
